In the event that your chosen class time is cancelled, we will make every effort to accommodate you by switching your ticket to another class time. Additionally, we will offer a substantial discount for a future class as a gesture of goodwill. In severe cases where rescheduling is not feasible, we will issue a refund to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these rare instances.
