Overview
This program runs in 4-week sessions. Each session includes a total of 4 classes, and students are expected to attend all 4 weeks. This 4-week program is designed for absolute beginners and returning dancers who are ready to reconnect with the foundations of movement. You’ll train in the core elements of Ballet, Jazz, Belly Dance, Bollywood, Salsa, Samba, and more—styles that will expand your range while reinforcing the building blocks of technique, rhythm, and musicality. Whether you're just starting your dance journey or looking to broaden your style vocabulary, this intensive offers a supportive, high-energy environment to grow from the ground up. 📣PROGRAM STRUCTURE 4 Week Program - September 6, 2025 11:00am–4:00pm - September 13, 2025 11:00am–4:00pm - September 20, 2025 11:00am–4:00pm - September 27, 2025 11:00am–4:00pm Includes 4 classes per day, with breaks scheduled throughout Each day begins with: - Ballet and Jazz Technique These foundational styles help build: Body control and awareness, Flexibility and coordination, Movement quality, Musicality and rhythm and much more! The remaining 2 classes each day will rotate through various cultural dance styles, including: - Bollywood - Belly Dance - Samba - Salsa Students will gain both technical strength and cultural versatility in a progressive, supportive training environment
